A true champion for the small business owner has passed at the age of 82! Former Connecticut Attorney General and Senator Joe Lieberman passed away Wednesday due to complications from a fall in New York. His wife Hadassah and members of his family were by his side.
This picture was taken in 2006 in New Haven at a local service station. When Joe was Attorney General or a Senator in Washington he always took the time to speak with small local business owners. He never made you feel like you had to hand over hundreds of thousand of dollars in campaign contributions. He always wanted to help. He always did the right thing, not the politically correct thing and ALL politicians should follow his lead on this! Doing the right thing gets you elected and Joe knew you can’t make everyone happy all the time. But he took the time to explain why said, Michael J.
